Kent Multi Agency CPD Online is Kent's solution to support the continuing professional development and training of the children's workforce. It is an online searchable directory and booking system for professional development and training opportunities. It is being developed to ensure Kent has a highly skilled and professional children's workforce, including multi-agency partners, able to support the achievement and development of all children and young people in Kent, particularly the most vulnerable in our society.
The site will support the provision of a co-ordinated CPD Programme which will meet the needs of the Children's Services workforce including those working in Schools, Early Years, Multi Agency, Governors, Social Care, Health, Voluntary and Youth & Community sector.
Kent Multi Agency CPD Online will help to streamline and improve communication so that staff and organisations are able to identify appropriate development opportunities.
